Strategy, consulting, and research engagements.

This project explores a product solution to address ocean acidification in shellfish hatcheries. Partnering with an MBA team, I helped design a real-time, continuous carbonate monitoring sensor that enables early detection of harmful water conditions during critical larval stages. The project integrates customer research, design thinking, and product strategy to reduce larval loss, improve operational reliability, and support more sustainable aquaculture systems.
